• You will receive an email receipt, as well as instructions on how to provide us your logo and design preferences. If you do not see the instructional email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
• If you did not receive the instructional email, please submit your logo to orders@fitnessgiftcards.com.
• Along with your logo, please provide any design preferences you may have. Please see our Examples page to view previous designs and let us know if there are any particular backgrounds, fonts, etc. that you’d like to use in your design.
• We will take your logo and design preference and create a design proof for you to review. Most design proofs are provided within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your logo and design preferences.
• If you have a previously created design or you are having your design created for you by another graphic designer, please reach out to us at orders@fitnessgiftcards.com to be sure that your design will meet the appropriate specs for printing.
